Christmas trees are here! Stop by today!
Our CSA is really small-although this year there will be a few more shares available. CSA stands for community supported agriculture, and for our farm it is a way to build a relationship between consumer and farmer. The member signs up in early spring and usually pays upfront to help support the farmer before they are able to harvest anything. Once the harvest season starts, the member receives a box each week for a total of 15 weeks. The harvest box will have a variety of veggies and fruit depending on what part of the season it is. This allows the member to try new veggies they may have not purchased otherwise. We include recipes in our boxes each week and try to save limited veggies for our CSA members.
By supporting us, your local farmers, you are helping your local economy. Whenever possible we try to live our ideals and support local businesses. We are one of those local businesses and continued community support allows us to live our dream and provide quality produce in return.
We offer two different size harvest boxes,
The regular share is $420 and is great for a small family or a few hungry veggie lovers.
This is a box per week for 15 weeks, this works out to be $28 per week to have fresh delicious, nutritious, produce for your family.
The full share is $675 and is for a bigger family or someone who would want to preserve some of the harvest.
This is a box for 15 weeks also, this works out to be $45.00 per week to have an amazing amount of fresh, delicious, nutritious produce for you and family.
This is a list of produce that we grow:
Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumbers, Sweet Corn, Eggplant, Garlic, Green beans, Hot Peppers, Kale, Kohlrabi, Leeks, Onions, Potatoes, Salad Greens, Shallots, Spinach, Summer & Winter Squash, Sweet Peppers, Swiss Chard, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Cantaloupes, Rhubarb, Watermelon, Parsnips, Peas, Brussels Sprouts & Pumpkins
